Challenge

The brand was born as a result of the experimentation of 3 friends looking to craft non-traditional beer flavors. They started with Chai Pineapple, selling it locally and the acceptance was almost instantaneous. So they decided to continue experimenting with other flavors. By this time they needed a more professional development of the brand and its packaging. The request was to capture the “laboratory experimentation” the 3 friend have from the beginning but in a cool, trendy and modern way.

Outcome

In order to generate a strong engagement with consumers, the brand needed to have an original name. A name that could descrive the product and give the brand a personality as the same time. After thinking about its positioning and the voice that the brand would have, the name was finally defined. The challenge was to incorporate laboratory elements without look like a pharmaceutical product. That is why we decided to apply vintage illustrations with modern hints.
